Course Description
During Pediatric Internship, the program starts with a visit at 8 o’clock in the morning, and finishes after an evening visit to service. Under the control of service residents and instructors, interns are in charge of patient acceptance, taking medical history, physical examination, planning of laboratory examinations, following, doing necessary interventional treatment and following complications and discharging of patients. In clinics, interns are responsible for patient acceptance, taking medical history, physical examination, planning of laboratory examinations, following, doing the necessary interventional treatment with attending physicians and instructors. Head of the Department and instructors that are responsible for the services are appointed at the beginning of each training course in pediatric emergency services and clinics.
