The aim of this program is to educate individuals who will fulfill the executive managerial positions of the tourism industry where dynamic and qualified individuals are needed in the sub-sectors of tourism such as accommodation, travel agencies, food and beverage companies. This program allows individuals to improve and develop themselves in the tourism field at an executive managerial level that is convenient for their tight schedule. The program also helps students to improve themselves academically.

· Make graduates competent in searching and comprehending the relevant academic articles, interpreting the information learnt or obtained via various channels and absorbing exceptional knowledge in their field.
· Help graduates to develop their individual capabilities through written projects, assignments and presentations that they will independently implement both in academia and work contexts.

Program Profile
The aim of this program is to educate individuals who will fulfill the executive managerial positions of the tourism industry where dynamic and qualified individuals are needed in the sub-sectors of tourism such as accommodation, travel agencies, food and beverage companies. In parallel to this, changing nature of the tourist profile leads to a necessity of professional management in these sectors. As known, tourism is a labor intensive industry and it requires contemporary management approaches to deliver high-quality service. It is also a fact that most of the employees occupying the managerial roles are sector-bred individuals rather than being highly educated. This program allows individuals to improve and develop themselves in the tourism field at an executive managerial level that is convenient for their tight schedule. The program also helps students to improve themselves academically.
Admission and Graduation
Graduation Requirements
Students who are enrolled in the MSc program must complete 120 ECTS credits courses, then should summit their thesis topic and began to prepare their thesis under the supervision of consultant. After the completion of the thesis, the students are supposed to defend the thesis to graduate.
Also they have to get a CGPA of 3.00/4.00 and submit their thesis in order to graduate.

Qualification Requirements And Regulations
The students studying in this postgraduate program are required to have a Cumulative Grade Points Average (Cum. GPA) of not less than 3.00/4.00 and they are expected to pass all the required courses. The minimum number of ECTS credits required for graduation is 120.
Specific Admission Requirements
Master's students can apply for the Fall and Spring semesters every year, and they can do so directly through the online application portal. Required documents for TRNC applicants include a Bachelor's Degree Diploma , Bachelor’s Degree transcripts for each completed academic term , documents to prove English proficiency , and a scanned copy of a passport or identity card. International Applicants must submit these documents along with evidence of English Language competence (TOEFL 65 IBT or IELTS 5.5); students without these will take the CIU English proficiency exam upon arrival. Additionally, a scanned copy of the international passport/birth certificate and a CV are required.
