Course Description

This course provides a comprehensive introduction to research methodologies and techniques applicable in the fields of tourism and hospitality. Students will explore various research paradigms, designs, and methods. The course emphasizes the importance of rigorous research practices in addressing industry challenges and enhancing decision-making processes. Throughout the course, students will learn to formulate research questions, develop hypotheses, design research studies, and analyze data using appropriate tools and software. Special attention will be given to ethical considerations, sampling techniques, and the application of statistical methods in tourism and hospitality research.
