Course Description
Management and Organizational Behavior is a course designed to provide students with an understanding of the principles and practices of management and organizational behavior. The course will explore the role of management in organizations and the importance of effective leadership and communication in achieving organizational goals. Students will learn about the different approaches to management, including classical, humanistic, and contingency theories. They will also study the different functions of management, including planning, organizing, leading, and controlling. The course will also cover the importance of organizational behavior in understanding individual and group behavior in organizations. The course will emphasize the development of practical skills and competencies in areas such as communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and decision-making. Students will also learn about the importance of diversity, inclusivity, and ethical behavior in organizations.
