Course Description
The basic concepts and facts related to measurement and evaluation in education, the qualities required to be found in measurement tools (reliability , validity , usability) , the results and processoriented measurement tools used in education, tools based on traditional approaches (multiple choice tests , Interviews , performance evaluation , student product file , project and performance assignments, peer evaluation, self-assessment, attitude), and a variety of tools for student identification (eg, written exams, Scales), Cognitive , Affective , and Psycho-motor Behavior Measurement , basic statistical operations on measurement results , evaluation of learning outcomes and grading.
