Course Description

This course aims to demonstrate the various functions of language within society, explore how language is used by different social groups, and provide a general overview of dialectology. It seeks to examine the relationship between language and society, discuss the influence of social structure on language and vice versa, and enable observations and discussions regarding the role of language in social life.
