Course Description

Bu derste öğrencilerin meslek etiğinin önemini, bu konudaki farklı yaklaşımları, kuramsal temelleri, etik davranışı etkileyen etmenleri, etik dışı davranışları, bu davranışların etki ve bileşenlerini, işlevsel etik ilkelerini ve sosyal sorumluluğu kavraması amaçlamaktadır. Ders kapsamında öğretmenlik mesleğinin etik ilkeleri, etik kodlar, alanda yaygın olarak karşılaşılan etik ihlaller, etik ihlallere yönelik çocuk koruma politikaları, çocuklara, ailelere ve topluma yönelik önleme çalışmaları konusunda öğrencilerle bilgi alışverişinde bulunulmaktadır. Ayrıca ülkemizde ve Dünya’da öğretmenlik meslek etiği ile ilgili yapılan araştırmalar incelenmekte, bu alanda misyon ve vizyon geliştiren kurumların çalışmaları incelenmektedir.
