Course Description

The definition and purpose of the course; understanding the importance of evaluating health in nursing care and providing and developing the necessary knowledge and awareness to make an individual's physical and psychosocial assessment. the key to obtaining data that will be the basis for planning nursing care; obtaining comprehensive health stories using appropriate interview techniques; gaining awareness of the role of family, culture and the environment in assessing health; to learn the physical examination methods that can be used in nursing care; ındividual system-specific physical diagnosis; use of data obtained as a result of physical diagnosis in the decision-making process for nursing care; interviews and health stories for these achievements; visualization of symptoms; examination of mental condition; physical assessment approach and perspective.
