Learning Outcomes

  1. L01 Will be able to relate the fundamental concepts of kinesiology, functional anatomy, and basic biomechanical principles to explain human movement. SOLO 4
  2. L02 Will be able to evaluate the kinesiology of upper- and lower-extremity joints by analyzing the mechanical properties of joints, bones, ligaments, muscles, and tendons. SOLO 5
  3. L03 Will be analyzes movement patterns related to the vertebral column, pelvis-hip, knee, ankle-foot, and gait from a biomechanical perspective and can indicate normal or pathological conditions. SOLO 3

Program Outcomes

  1. Monitors conceptual and clinical scientific developments in core measurement, assessment, and treatment techniques specific to physiotherapy and rehabilitation; applies the advanced and systematic knowledge gained in professional and academic work.
  2. Uses theoretical and practical concepts and principles of physiotherapy and rehabilitation to critically evaluate and integrate information from other disciplines, generate new knowledge, and develop problem-solving and clinical decision-making abilities.
  3. Designs research plans and participates in projects; selects appropriate statistical methods for their studies, interprets results, prepares reports, and presents findings at scientific meetings or publishes them.
  4. Independently conducts specialized practices and research in physiotherapy and rehabilitation in accordance with ethical principles; contributes professional knowledge and skills responsibly within team-based work.
  5. Identifies personal learning needs and goals, pursues lifelong learning, and contributes to quality improvement, professional training, and outreach programs.
  6. Contributes to public health and health policy; raises awareness among individuals, families, and communities about educational, preventive, and rehabilitative approaches.
  7. Uses at least one foreign language included in the European Language Portfolio to communicate effectively in both spoken and written form at an international professional and academic level.
