Course Description

Demographic Structure And Health course will be started by giving the demographic concept and the historical development of the demography. Students will be informed about demographic data, data sources and data collection methods. Turkey and the world to do assessments on population and population policies, factors and criteria that impact on the population, the problems that occur with population growth, population growth rate, birth, death rates will be taught and students will be encouraged to have information about their rating. In addition to these issues, the importance of family planning in terms of women and family health will be emphasized; fertility rates in Turkey and the factors influencing them and will be given information about them on the assessments.
