Course Description

The basic aim of the summer internship is to ensure that the students have the necessary knowledge and skills using the lessons they have learned in theory. Internships, which can be a preparation for the professional education of the students, constitute an important part of the curriculum. Practices and observations will be made regarding the consolidation of child health and disease-related care information in the course of the child health and illness nursing summer internship III program, under the supervision of a nurse and in the clinical setting. They will be able to find the opportunity to be found in the clinical environment where the practices related to child health, growth development and diseases can be done. It is a four-week program and the practice reports will be submitted to the department management for evaluation. Success evaluation of the course will be presented to the grading system as sufficient or inadequate.
