This course are included in following topics: the purpose of the nursing process, the definition and importance of the nursing process, the historical development of the nursing process, critical thinking in nursing, approaching the individual with the nursing process, the stages of the nursing process, the assessment phase, the diagnosis phase, the goal and goal setting phase, the planning phase, evaluation stage, the nursing process and its use in the administrative field, systematic problem solving in the nursing process, the knowledge and skills required for the effective use of the nursing process, theories and models in the nursing process, using, recording and reporting in the nursing process, the stages of the nursing process, and planning and implementation of patient care.
