Course Description
Definition and objectives of the course; Know the importance of communication concept in human relations; Know the factors affecting communication; Developing self-knowledge and skill; To be able to recognize the cognitive orientation of man, the behavioral characteristics, the effect of the relation of self concept; Recognizing the effects of communication skills and self-knowledge on social and professional life; Self recognition and prevention; Self concept; The importance of human relations in health care; Communication process and communication types; Factors affecting communication; Techniques that facilitate and prevent communication; Communication conflicts and resolution; Communication in special cases; Crying, over-willing patient and nurse approaches; problem solving; Development of empathy, awareness and awareness, inquiry, summarization and concretization, empathy, coping, awareness raising, awareness raising, awareness raising, awareness raising, perception / prejudice, time management.
