Course Description
This internship course aims to enable students to relate their theoretical knowledge to practical processes by observing interior construction applications on site. The production and installation processes of interior architecture applications such as doors, windows, built-in furniture, flooring, ceilings, partition systems, and finishing materials are examined. Students gain experience in construction site organization, occupational safety, quality control, implementation sequences, and interdisciplinary coordination. During the internship period, observations are documented on a daily basis, and a visually supported internship report is prepared in accordance with professional reporting principles. The course aims to develop students’ practical knowledge, professional responsibility awareness, and problem-solving skills by establishing relationships between construction processes, technical drawings, and project decisions.
