Course Description

This course aims to provide the knowledge and skills required for the management and successful operation of businesses such as beauty and hair salons. Within the scope of this course, the steps in the process of opening and managing a salon, business planning, customer relations management, service quality, marketing strategies and financial management are covered. Students will learn about topics such as planning the daily operations of the salon business, inventory management, teamwork and leadership. In addition, critical elements such as occupational health and safety standards, customer satisfaction and sustainability are among the important topics of the course. In addition to theoretical knowledge, the course is supported by case studies and practical studies, allowing students to simulate situations they may encounter in real business life. In this way, students develop the strategic and operational skills necessary for a successful salon business.
