Course Description
Creativity is the ability to imagine the nonexistent and develop new ideas. It is very important to a designer because it allows him /her to assess what everyone sees from different perspectives. Creativity is a skill that can be developed and a process that can be managed. It involves two phase: thinking, then producing. In Creative Design course the aim is to stimulate students’ creativity and foster it by producing different ideas. Creativity requires experimentation. This course provides students to experiment and discover new things by taking risks. Experimenting, exploring, questioning assumptions and using imagination is the way to create something extraordinary.
