Course Description
Students understand, evaluate, bring recommendations and lead the renewal of institutions in the globalizing world. Paradigmatic transformations and their effects, understanding the theory of change and its dynamics, the structure of organizational change, the causes of change (internal factors, external factors), types of change, resistance in change and breakage of this resistance, change leadership (transformational leadership, visionary leadership, charismatic leadership etc) and its characteristics, awareness of change, planning (strategic planning processes), the processes needed for a successful change management (leadership, planning, motivation, communication, decision making, organizing), creation of vision, utilization of technology, initiation of change process, evaluation and follow-up include the content of the course. The students have the opportunity to apply theoretical knowledge about change management through case studies.
