Course Description

The place and importance of creative thinking in human and social life, the different theories explaining creative thinking, creativity and intelligence, creative personality traits, creativity development, social, cultural, developmental and emotional factors affecting creativity, creative problem solving process and brain storming, the role of education in the development of creativity, the development of children's creativity in the preschool period, and the exploration and development of their own creativity by prospective teachers. Students who take this course; Learn the importance of creativity and creative activities in preschool period. Describe the factors that affect the development of creativity in children. The child explains the stages of development of the picture. Plans art activities suitable for pre-school children. They prepare a suitable environment for artwork.
