Course Description

In this course; art and creativity, development of drawind skills in childhood, selecting and preparing art activities that are suitable for preschool children. Theoretical information is given on choosing art activities, preparing programs, organize applications to develop and support creativity, reinforce them in activities according to the developmental skill level of the preschool children topics are aimed to be handled.Students’ having knowledge about children’s drawing skills , having skills for explaining and designing art techniques appropriate for children’s developmental level and explaining needs for organizing environment for developing creativity are outcomes of the course. In this course, the following subjects will be discussed: Art and creativity, development of drawind skills in childhood, selecting and preparing art activities that are suitable for preschool children.
