Course Description

Basic concepts of physical, motor, cognitive, language, social-emotional, personality development, moral development, and sexual development in children aged 36-72 months; related development theories; factors affecting development areas; developmental characteristics; relation of development areas. (Piaget, Vygotsky), concepts related to language development, language forming systems, neurological and physiological bases of language, positive and negative factors affecting language development, language function, bilingualism, ethics developmental theories, social-emotional development bases and developmental indicators, sexual development traits and theories, points to be considered when giving sexual education, developmental evaluation and follow-up of development with multi-disciplinary approach.

  1. P01 Gelişimle ilgili temel kavramları bilir, görev yaptığı alanda bulunan çocukların gelişim alanlarını (bedensel, zihinsel, dil, sosyal ve duygusal) ve özbakım gereksinimlerini destekler.
  2. P02 Çocuklara kişilik kazandırmak ve onu hayata hazırlamak için eğitim ve öğretim yöntemlerini çocuğun kişilik özelliklerini dikkate alarak uygulama yapar.
