Course outcomes

  1. 01 .Students will be able to define different approaches, architectural periods and the chronology of design solutions; and summarize the development of them. (2+4)/2
  2. 02 .Regarding the exteriors, interiors and plans, they will identify the characteristic features and concepts constituting architectural approaches. (2)
  3. 03 .They will define and classify the fundamental knowledge on the urban development and the buildings. (2+3)/2
  4. 04 .They will compare and interpret the architectural approaches between different periods. (4+5)/2
  5. 05 They will locate the basic knowledge of the designer/architect in the specific period. (3)
  6. 06 They will be able to interpret architecture and art in the socio-political context of their own period. (5)
  7. 07 They will define the development of construction techniques and materials. (2)
  8. 08 They will be able to analyze and criticize an academic text; and relate it to the particular period in the given individual assignment. (4+5+4)/3
