Week 1 Introduction to the history and theory of conservation
Week 2 History of restoration and preservation 1 and 2 (19. and 20. century), International organizations for protecting cultural property, Concept of World Heritage List, National and international legistration and administration
Week 3 Deteriorations of historic buildings, Intervention types of restoration 1 and 2 (consolidation, reintegration, tranfer of the monument, cleaning, renovation, reconstruction, archaeological restoration), Modern techniques using the restoration
Week 4 Scientific research before restoration
