Course Description
In this course concept of crisis, nature andsstructure of crisis in the family recognition of unusual crisis situations will be analyzed. Crises such as: family problems leading to crime, participation of new individual to the family - Return of the divorced individual, Adoption or new child, Recovery of health eg treatment of alcoholism. Loss of family members - Death of a family member, Disease or disability, Child leaving home, Women starting to work, Income or loss of job, Alcoholism or Addiction, Guilt and condemnation. Demoralization, Out-of-marriage pregnancies, Abandonment or escape, Separation/divorce, Conviction, suicide, Mentally ill consequential hospitalization, Victims of rape. Social Service Approaches in Crisis Management and Social Worker's Interventions Family Crime Intervention Strategies.
