Course Description
This course aims to make students able to learn basic information about the definition and dimensions of domestic violence ecology of domestic violence; micro and macro levels social, cultural and psychological causes of domestic violence the view of domestic violence social work domestic violence prevention approaches crisis interventions consulting services legal and professional initiatives method and ethics in professional intervention the place and importance of social services in the context of medical and judicial arrangements related to domestic violence the place and importance of social services in the context of medical and judicial arrangements related to domestic violence examples of various interventions international view of domestic violence.
