Course Description
In this course the students will discuss the starting points of social work with community, historical root of social service with community, social problem and target population, society as a field of change, understanding and analyzing the strengths and problems of society, stages of community social service implementation, analyzing human service organizations, preparing an intervention strategy, organization culture, oorganizational structure and processes, coordination of institutional services, organizational structure: application examplesi, community social service: examples of practice. Thus, they will be able to to learn the concepts of social problem and target group, to analyze the strengths and problems of societies, and to understand the theoretical framework of social service pracitce with macro systems.
