Course Description

Within the scope of this course, students are expected to plan, design and execute an original project in the field of radio and television where they can reflect their academic knowledge and creative abilities by using knowledge and skills acquired in theoretical and practical courses. Students gain experience by working actively at every stage of the project, under the supervision of the supervisor, from the generation of project ideas, to preparing proposals, scriptwriting, shooting/recording process, post-production editing and presentation of the projects. Students have the opportunity to gain experience in applying professional ethical principles and rules, as well as field-specific standards. Graduation projects will be presented to the jury at the end of the semester and the projects will be evaluated.

Week 2 Discussion of topics for the radio project – students are given the Radio Program Proposal form
Week 3 Writing the Radio Program Proposals
Week 4 Presenting the proposals to the jury
Week 5 Planning, designing and executing the production and post-production of the radio projects
Week 6 Planning, designing and executing the production and post-production of the radio projects
Week 7 Planning, designing and executing the production and post-production of the radio projects
Week 8 The jury is formed to evaluate the radio projects
Week 9 Discussion of topics for the TV project – students are given the TV Program Proposal form
Week 10 Writing the TV Program Proposals
Week 11 Presenting the proposals to the jury on the 11th week
Week 12 Planning, designing and executing the production and post-production of the TV projects
Week 13 Planning, designing and executing the production and post-production of the TV projects
