Course Description

The main purpose of this course is to teach clinical applications; based on the principle of reflecting the knowledge of dentists who have completed their education in diagnosis and treatment to their clinical practices by learning scientific study and research methods, using current information and technologies in accordance with evidence-based dentistry knowledge. It includes clinical applications of prosthetic and restorative dentistry. Students learn and apply clinical and dental laboratory procedures for the production of tooth-supported and implant-supported fixed and removable prosthesis. It is also aimed to teach comprehensive diagnosis and treatment for TMJ and maxillofacial defects. The knowledge gained from seminar, case and article presentations is used in their clinical practice.
