Course Description

Students will have information about the structure of health services, the history and development of health services, the classification of health services, the classification of health institutions, the public and private treatment institutions, outpatient formal treatment institutions, inpatient treatment institutions, the classification of health care institutions according to steps in Turkey, the historical development of the hospitals, the location of the committees in hospital management, medical technology, nursing profession, developments in medical education, the transformation programs in health, medical secretary and medical terms, the description of the business administration, production factors, external environmental factors that affected businesses and its functions in health, the health care management organization principles, the factors that play role in the choice of organizational structure, the communication in the organization, the organization problems of business, the management and decision making process. the factors that influence the decision making.
