Course Description

In this course, it is aimed to use human anatomy functionally and to detect tissues by palpation, to integrate the palpation skills taken in the basic anatomy course into the human body and to increase the palpation skills. Within the scope of this course what is deep and superficial palpation and how to do it, palpation of different tissues, palpation of limb, forearm, thigh structures, arm, pelvic, trunk, foot, hand, skull structures, how to palpate structures such as muscles, bones and joints, how to distinguish their differences from each other, in which anatomical position it is easier to reach the structures, the results of palpation findings comparing them with healthy tissue for major pathologies will be taught.
