Course Description

The aim of this course is to equip physiotherapy students with career planning skills, help them define their professional goals, and teach them how to develop strategies necessary for success in their careers. Students will explore various career paths within the field of physiotherapy, learn to manage job search processes, and acquire the knowledge and skills needed to sustain their professional development. The course content includes topics such as the importance of career planning, defining personal and professional goals, and exploring career paths at different stages of the career journey. Other topics covered include self-assessment, goal setting, job search strategies, professional development and continuous education, ethics and professional behavior, leadership and management skills, and post-graduation career support.
