Course Description

The main objective of the course is for students to physical principles of light thermal hydrotherapy modalities, physiological effects, application methods, indications and contra indications, is to give basic information about the dangers and application examples. Heat, light, hydrotherapy lessons to the students, in clinical terms, the selection of the appropriate treatment modality in the application of theoretical principles and practical skills in implementation and to have won. The meanig of inflamation, physical agents used in physiotherapy and rehabilitation: light (UV and IR) and sound (ultrasound and phonophoresis) agents, cryotherapy, superficial and deep heat agents, application methods, physiological effects and demonstration of example applications.
