Course Description
The aim of the course is to teach the students; basic knowledge of internal medicine, rheumatology, neurology, pediatric neurology related diseases with diagnosis and treatment alternatives. This course is aimed to provide general information about gastrointestinal diseases, metabolic diseases, liver diseases, hematological diseases, rheumatic diseases, connective tissue diseases, nephrological diseases, cardiovascular and respiratory system diseases. Degenerative joint disease and treatment approaches, soft tissue rheumatism and treatment approaches, liver and kidney failure, hematological diseases (anemia, leukemia, coagulopathy), the seronegative spondyloarthropathies and treatment approaches, pulmonary embolism, general cardiovascular system examination and laboratory testing, therapeutic alternatives about diseases take place in the scope of this course.

- P01 Has up-to-date theoretical and applied knowledge about Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation.
- P02 Identifies and defines problems using up-to-date knowledge in the field of physiotherapy and rehabilitation, and plans treatment as per evaluation results.

- P04 Executes the necessary protocols for physiotherapy and rehabilitation practices by using the relevant technology, training and treatment equipment
