Course Description
The aim of this course is to teach the effects of exercise on the body systems under different environmental conditions is to provide an understanding of how to evaluate the problems that can occur during exercise, exercise recommendations and reflected in the basic application. In this course, the cardiovascular system and exercise, cardiovascular regulation, the endocrine system, exercise, muscles, recovery and physiological effects on physical fitness, submaximal and practice and clinical measurements of energy transfer in the body of the maximal exercise testing, resting, physical activity and energy expenditure during exercise, anaerobic and the principles and basic concepts of aerobic exercise training on the pulmonary system, respiratory control, thermoregulation and exercise underwater and high altitude physiology topics take place in the scope of this course.
