Course Description

Bu dersle, öğrencilerin postür analizi, manuel kas testi, gonyometrik ölçümler, kaslar için kısalık ve esneklik testleri, antropometrik ölçümler ile ilgili edinecekleri temel bilgiler doğrultusunda değerlendirme ve uygulama becerilerinin kazandırılması amaçlanmaktadır. Bu ders kapsamında Fizyoterapi ve Rehabilitasyon’da ölçme prensipleri, hasta hikâyesi ve değerlendirme yöntemleri, hareketin temel prensipleri, postür analizi, kısalık testleri, esneklik ve değerlendirmesi, antropometrik ölçümler (çevre, uzunluk, çap ve yağ ölçümleri), goniometre ile normal eklem hareketlerinin değerlendirilmesi, kas kuvveti ve değerlendirme yöntemleri, hastalığa özgü özel testlerin uygulayabilirliği, kişiye özel egzersiz planlamada değerlendirmenin önemi üzerinde durulacaktır. Düzgün postürün biomekaniksel temelde doğru anlaşılması, postüral bozukluklara bağlı gelişen kas-iskelet sistem ağrılı durumların analizine yardımcı olacaktır.
