Course Description
The students who complete this course will be able to know biophysical and physiological basics of high-frequency currents; to be able to apply and choose convenient electrotherapy methods in physiotherapy sections; to be able to protect against possible damages by using proper high frequency currents tools and equipments; to be able to know the risks that may occur during the implementation of high frequency currents; to be able to apply high frequency currents according to biophysical and physiological basics in different pathologies. Evidence-based physiotherapy practice is fundamental to the course. Magnethotherapy, shock wave therapy, pulsed short wave therapy are other topics of this lesson.
