Course Description

In the seminar course, students are expected to carry out literature review on the particular subject they are planning to develop their theses on. Students are expected to use published research articles and the electronic databases that they are presented on efficiently and excell at reaching the information needed to carry out a successful research project. While carrying out literature review, students will also be trained on forming a hypothesis and gaining critical thinking skills to reach the ability in critically evaluating both published and ongoing work as well as the project that they will be working on to complete their theses. The seminar course will introduce the students with scientific writing skills as well as enhancing their presentation skills in group setting.
