Course Description
In this course, the detailed conventional and renewable energy resources worldwide will be brought to the agenda; not only regarding the current situation but also a projected future study of such will be discussed in detail to familiarize the student about known and proven world distribution. Hydrocarbon reserves of the entire world and the current studies for enlarging the present deposits in parallel with new exploration projects all over the world will be also discussed. Special emphasis will be brought to the agenda regarding Eastern Mediterranean deposits. Major producers of hydrocarbon resources, as well as Turkey, Cyprus and Middle East Countries will also be discussed in more detail.
