Course Description
Aim of this course is to provide a reduction in complication rates by increasing the quality of the preoperative process with an effective evaluation and providing a more comfortable process by arranging the treatment in the postoperative period in a multidisciplinary manner. The student responsible for this course makes all examinations, tests and consultations for the surgery preoperatively and interprets the results. Preoperatively, all necessary preparations are followed meticulously and the complications that may occur during the operation are prevented. Has information about the drug treatments to be given to the patient postoperatively. Performs routine examinations of the patient postoperatively and follows the recovery process. Learns the treatment methods of postoperative complications, follow-up processes and the needs to be done until complete recovery is achieved.
