Course Description
Definition and types of communication, definition, importance, conditions and characteristics of interpersonal communication, understanding and reconciliation in communication process, written communication, listening and understanding skills, empathy approaches, empathy deprivation and empathy as social skills, communication with technological tools, communication with technological tools, people socio-psychological causes of disagreements, organizational communication and organizational communication models. the concept and importance of communication, conflict and conflict management, crisis management, stress management, time management and the importance of meeting management, communication methods during emergency case, communication with the persons in different risk groups especially the disable persons (hearing and seing), who cannot read or write and the employees who have different language and culture.
