Course Description
The topics of this course is to provide information about the purpose, scope of the occupational health and safety law, to provide information about the task, responsibilities of occupational health and safety in collective nutrition systems. The students will have information about the rights and obligations in the workplace and provide information to the workers, will be able to 0interpret the legislation on occupational health and safety, will have information about the occupational safety and social security legislation. In this course, models of occupational accidents and types of occupational diseases, social and economic dimension of occupational health and safety, legal dimension, occupational hygiene and personal protective equipment will be discussed. Fundamentals of the occupational safety and health and safety culture will be discussed.
