Course Description
Definition and objectives of the course; The aim of these derste students is to acquire the knowledge, skills and competencies that they can perform nursing initiatives related to the protection and development of health in the presentation of primary health care services. Historical and social development of health, development and change of public health and public health nursing; New trends in public health; The definition, functions, purposes, roles and functions of public health nursing; The situation of public health nursing in the world and our country; Models of health services in the world, Alma-Ata Declaration and Primary Health Care Services; Organization of health services in Turkey; Social recognition; Home visits; Community health nursing care plan process with home visiting and community recognition class activity.
