Course Description

Introduction to anatomy and histology; Basic anatomy knowledge and terminology, organizational levels; Skeletal system, bone development and structure, muscle system anatomy, muscle tissue characteristics and location of important muscles, joint types and locations; anatomy of cardiovascular system, anatomy of respiratory system, anatomy of digestive system, anatomy of urinary system, nervous system and the anatomy of sensory organs and their neighborhood. In this course, it is aimed to understand the microscopic features of cell, tissue and system organization of the organism of the student in the histology part, to understand the organelles of the cell, organelle functions and the mechanisms of intercellular communication and signal transduction.
