Course Description

The aim of the examination of all parameters of physical fitness, health-related and evaluation to learn the protocols to teach the impact of the exercise on body systems under different environmental conditions is to provide an understanding of the exercise prescription with evaluation problems that may occur during exercise and reflected in the basic application. In this course, exercise, physical activity, understanding the differences between recreational activity and sedentary lifestyle, muscular strength and endurance, muscular flexibility, cardiovascular endurance, examining the different test protocols used in the evaluation of parameters such as body composition, understanding the difference between children and adults in testing protocols, healthy individuals to teach the path to be followed in the state of healthiness continuity takes place
