Course Description
The aim of this course is to teach students the definition of health, to teach the students the definition of adequate and balanced nutrition - inadequate and unbalanced nutrition, to ensure that the students understand the health relation of nutrition, and to have basic nutrition knowledge. In the course of the course, the student will be taught about the relationship between the risk of developing chronic diseases related to nutrition such as obesity, cardiovascular diseases, type-2 diabetes and cancer and teaching practice about the form of evaluation by explaining the students' scales used in the evaluation of quality of life, quality of life and quality of life. At the end of this course, the student learns the importance of nutrition for health.
