Course outcomes

  1. 01 1- Apply the principles and techniques of human resource management to the major HRM issues and suggest the solution to typical case problems
  2. 02 2- Conduct a job analysis, make a plan for HR needs, recruit and select human resources,
  3. 03 3- Identify the different functions of human resource management and their relationships to one another
  4. 04 4. Summarize basic components of compensation plans and performance evaluation systems, assess potential deficiencies, and compare elements as they relate to organizational objectives.
