LAW OF SUCCESSION

Course Description

This course covers succession rights (legal heirs such as blood relatives, spouse, adopted children, and the state), dispositions upon death (wills, inheritance contracts), disposable portion and reserved share, disinheritance, reduction actions, opening of the inheritance, rules of succession, provisional measures, estate, rejection of inheritance, partition, and restitution of inheritance.
