LAW OF EXECUTION AND INSOLVENCY-I

Course Description

In the first part of this course, sources of enforcement law, enforcement organization, complaints, enforcement fees and expenses, parties to enforcement proceedings, enforcement without notice, general route of foreclosure will be examined. Students will be able to explain the concepts of initiation of enforcement proceedings, request for a follow-up, payment order and its finalisation, appeals against payment order, cancellation of appeal, foreclosure phase, liquidisation and allocation of money. In the second part, students will have detailed information about the general principles of lien, evacuation of the leased real estate, enforcement with writ and foreclosure, precautionary lien, cancellation cases and enforcement crimes.
