CIVIL PROCEDURE LAW-II

Course Description

In this course, investigation, evidence and trial procedures are examined. In the first part of the course, the Code of Civil Procedure and special occasions in litigation are analyzed and final judgment and arbitration issues are discussed. The importance of applying rules of civil procedure is examined. In the second part of the course, issues of power of attorney, case conditions, and first objections are discussed. The subject of completing the litigation conditions is emphasized and the concepts of compulsory and optional litigations are explained. In the third part of the course, preliminary examination and arraignment issues are examined. Lastly, exchange of petitions, situations in which judges cannot hear cases and special trial procedures are discussed.
