CIVIL PROCEDURE LAW-I

Course Description

In this course, the position of civil procedural law within general judicial procedures is studied, and sources of procedural law and the organization of courts are examined. In the first part of the course, prohibition of the judge to hear the case and refusal of judges are examined, and the duties and powers of the courts are discussed. In addition, by explaining the concept of division of labor between general courts, the relationships between general court and special court, and civil court and administrative court are explained. In the second part of the course, legal disputes, rogatory and auxiliary bodies to the courts are examined. In the last part of the course, subjects of evidence, trial, verdict, and procedures are discussed.
