CRIMINAL LAW-I (SPECIAL PROVISIONS)

Course Description

In this course, the basic concepts, and legal regulations regarding crimes against fundamental freedoms, public security, public order and family life are examined. In the first part of the course, crimes of violation of the right to domicile, provocation, organized crimes, bribery, favor, crimes against property and the material and moral elements of these crimes are discussed. In the second part of the course, the concept of legal benefit protected in certain types of crime is studied and the qualified cases that require aggravating or mitigating circumstances are considered. In addition, issues of compliance with law, principles determined in judicial decisions and doctrinal views are analyzed. Finally, issues related to the association of crimes and participation are discussed.
